Initial tests showed that it works well, delivers 13 v without powering any circuit when being put in the sun. In few illuminated locations, the voltage is around 5 V, but varies depending on the location. I'll run new tests with charge, I'll be back to report the behavior of the plaque. On delivery, arrived on time, shipment was quick, only took a while to get out of customs but I wasn't charged.

Em locais poucos iluminados, a tensão fica em torno de 5 V, mas varia dependendo do local. irei fazer novos testes com carga, voltarei para relatar o comportamento da placa. No quesito entrega, chegou dentro do prazo, o envio foi rápido, só demorou um pouco pra sair da alfândega, mas não fui taxado.

Measured about 14V in direct sunlight. I've not measured current. Well packaged. No soldering required. Comes with alligator clips attached (the cheap ones). Seems like a good panel for the price.
